color: #000000;\">The eligible costs<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\">Furthermore, the eligible investment plans will benefit from the following types of aid:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; On the other hand, it might still be eligible for other incentives worth of one million euros.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Procedure_%E2%80%93_Submission_Assessment_and_Review\"><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16pt; color: #d4663e;\"><strong>Procedure \u2013 Submission, Assessment, and Review<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 14pt;\">The new Development Law introduces provisions that aim at speeding up all procedures regarding the evaluation, approval, control, and certification of the investment plans falling under the aid schemes it provides.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 14pt;\"><u>Submission <\/u><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 14pt;\">The application for inclusion, as well as the required documentation, are submitted mandatory through Development Law Information System.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 14pt;\"><u>Assessment<\/u><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 14pt;\">For inclusion in the aid schemes of the New Development Law, an assessment of the investment plans is required to be carried out. The process includes a review of legality, as well as an evaluation of the reasonableness of cost elements and of certain rating indicators.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 14pt;\">The assessment method may be either direct or comparative.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 14pt;\">In the case of direct assessment, the evaluation and approval should not exceed 30 days from the moment the investment plan is submitted.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 14pt;\">In the case of comparative assessment, the evaluation and approval should not exceed 45 days from the moment the respective aid scheme has expired.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 14pt;\">In case the evaluation and approval exceed these time frames, the assessment is passed to a certified auditor, who must complete the procedure within 10 working days after the assignment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 14pt;\"><u>Review<\/u><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 14pt;\">Investment plans subject to aid schemes are audited during their implementation,
